New user registration
Welcome to Delphi Diagramming! You’re on your way to creating detailed, professional room plans aimed at helping your customers truly visualize their events. As a new user, you must register your Delphi Diagramming account before you can log in to the application and get started. These instructions walk you through that registration process. You’ll also learn how to log in to the product and bookmark the website so you can always get to it easily. When you’re ready, check out the Explore More links at the end of the topic to begin learning about Delphi Diagramming and its powerful design tools.
To register your new Delphi Diagramming account
A welcome email will be sent to you after your administrator creates your new account. Look for a message with the subject “Welcome to Delphi Diagramming!” from hospitality.no-reply@amadeus.com. You may need to check your spam or junk folder. If you're unable to find it, contact one of your Property Admins to reset your account and generate a new email.
- Open your welcome message.
- Click Get Started. If you can’t click the button, scroll to the bottom of your email and copy the provided URL into your browser.
Do not forward your welcome email to other new Delphi Diagramming users as it's associated with your account. Everyone should receive their own welcome message.
- On the Please Update Your User Information page, do the following:
- Enter your Email.
- Enter your Username in email format (for example, jsmith@mail.com).
- Enter and confirm your Password. Your password must be a minimum of eight characters with both uppercase and lowercase characters and at least one number.
- Click Submit.
A message states that your credentials are now updated, and you may now log in to Delphi Diagramming. You'll also receive a new email with the subject “Credentials updated" from "hospitality.no-reply@amadeus.com”.
To log in to Delphi Diagramming
- Go to https://venue.amadeus-hospitality.com/.
- Enter your Username and Password, and then click Sign In.
- When you select Remember Username, Delphi Diagramming will remember the username you have entered. This saves you time during subsequent logins.
You're now ready to use Delphi Diagramming. To get going quickly, refer to the Explore More links and video listed below.
For an extra level of security, administrators are required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when logging in.
To bookmark the Delphi Diagramming website
For easy access in the future, you should bookmark the Delphi Diagramming website. The steps you need to follow vary according to the device and browser that you use but should resemble the following:
- Go to https://venue.amadeus-hospitality.com/.
- Do one of the following:
- On Windows PCs, press CTRL+D.
- On Apple PCs, press COMMAND+D.
- On mobile devices, tap the Star icon next to the URL.
