Recycle Bin

By default, all deleted items at the selected property display. You can sort each column in ascending or descending order, and the following filter options are available:

• Use the drop-down lists to filter deleted items by Property and Type.

• Enter keywords in the Find by any related name field to further narrow your search.

  Any applied filters are saved for future visits to this page. To clear filters, click the X next to each filter value to remove.

Along with the name and type, you can see the following additional information:

• The name of the associated booking

  This displays for events and diagrams only.

• The name of the associated event

  This displays for diagrams only.

• The name of the associated meeting space

  This displays for bookings, quick room plans, and diagrams only.

• The name of the property

  This displays for bookings and quick room plans only.

• A visual preview of the item

  This displays for quick room plans, meeting spaces, and diagrams only.

• The date of the deletion

• The user who deleted the item

1. On the Recycle Bin page, click Restore (), next to the item to restore. The Copy Booking page displays.
2. Click Restore to confirm. The item is restored and no longer displays on the Recycle Bin page.

An icon displays () if the deleted item is dependent on another deleted item. For example, if both an event and its associated diagram were deleted, the icon displays on the diagram. This icon indicates that the user needs to restore the event before they can restore its associated diagram.
