Edit a meeting space
The Meeting Spaces page is for Property Edition. Only administrators have access to the Meeting Spaces page.
A meeting space is an outline of any area used for events. You can use the Meeting Spaces page to edit existing meeting spaces.
To open this page, in the navigation menu (
), click Administration and then click Meeting Spaces.
What do you want to do?
Rename a meeting space
- From the Meeting Spaces page, click Update Meeting Space (
). - Update the Meeting Space Name as necessary.
- Click Update to save.
Update a meeting space's dimensions
- From the Meeting Spaces page, click Update Meeting Space ().
- Update the dimensions as necessary.
- Click Update to save.
Round the calculated area of your meeting space to display a whole number

Click Update Meeting Space (
) next to the applicable meeting space. The Update Meeting Space page displays. -
The Calculated Area is automatically calculated. To use a different value, select Override Calculated Area, and enter the value.
When creating diagrams, the true area is used to calculate capacity, but your capacity chart matches this value.
Manage 3D Textures
3D Textures are the images used to simulate your wall, floor, and ceiling styles. You can select from standard images or upload your own. You have two ways to manage 3D Textures on this page.

At the top of the page, click 3D Defaults (
) to select the default textures for all meeting spaces. -
To the right of each meeting space, click Configure 3D Textures (
) to set the default texture for one meeting space.
Both options display the 3D Preview page. See 3D preview for more information.
