Custom outlets
Customers might ask about telephone lines, data connections, and electrical points for their upcoming event. You can add the technical details of each outlet to your meeting space. Then, when detailing a diagram, your team can see the services supplied to the room. This can improve communication with your customers and make event planning easier for your team.

In the navigation menu (
), click Administration. Then, click Meeting Spaces and select the name of the meeting space to manage.

Click Architect in the resource library.

Drag or double-click Custom Outlet or Floorbox Outlet to place it on the canvas.

Select the outlet, click Settings (
), and then select Custom Outlet. The Custom Outlet Details page displays.

Drag the icon (
) next to the applicable outlet style to the top of the page.

Click Save. The number of outlet styles added displays as Number of Receptacles in Settings (
).

After outlets are added on a meeting space, they automatically display on the Layouts page. To view outlets on a diagram or quick room plan follow the steps below:

Open a diagram or quick room plan.

Click View (
) and then select Outlets. All outlets display on the drawing canvas.

Double-click the outlet to see the outlet details.
