Delete a resource
Only administrators have access to the Resources page.
You can use the Resources page to deactivate resource types or delete resources at your property. Deactivating a resource type prevents all resources of that type from being used. Deleting a resource permanently removes it from the resource list.
To open this page, in the navigation menu (
), click Administration and then click Resources.

Delete a resource
- Select the property to work with at the top of the page.

In the left panel, click the resource category, for example, Tables, and then click the resource type, for example, Round. All resource varieties of the selected type display.
- Click Delete (
) next to the resource to delete.You cannot delete a resource selected as the Default resource for that resource type.
You cannot delete all the resources from a resource type. At least one resource is required. -
Click Delete Resource to confirm the deletion. The resource is no longer available for selection.
Diagrams with the resource already added continue to display the resource.
Deactivate a resource type
- Select the property to work with at the top of the page.

In the left panel, click the resource category, for example, Tables, and then click the resource type, for example, Round. All resource varieties of the selected type display.
Some resource types cannot be deactivated, such as core tables and chairs.

Click Deactivate at the top of the page. The resource type displays as unavailable on this page for administrators and does not display for users when creating diagrams.
Click Activate to return the resource type to the library and make it available for immediate use.
