Create a resource
Only administrators have access to the Resources page.
You can use the Resources page to create customized resources.
To open this page, in the navigation menu (), click Administration and then click Resources.

- Select the property to work with at the top of the page.
- In the left panel, click the resource category, for example, Tables, and then click the resource type, for example, Round. All resource varieties of the selected type display.
- Click Create New.
- Select the Default radio button to make this resource the default when added to a diagram. For example, if the covered banquet chair is used for most events, you can set that as the default. Users can change the type of chair when detailing the diagram if necessary.
- Select Inventory Item if the resource is available on-site.
- Enter the Description.
- Enter the Width, Length, and Height. To change your unit of measurement, see User preferences.
- If necessary, apply a Fill Pattern or default Color. Users can change resource colors in a diagram or you can disable that option by clicking Lock/Unlock color (
).
- Click Save (
).

- Select the property to work with at the top of the page.
- Click Import Resources (
). The Import Resources window displays.
- Click Select CSV file.
- Browse to and select the file to import.
- Click Open.
- Click Import.
