Undo check-in for a group
Occasionally, mistakes are made and it might occur that a certain group reservation should not have been checked in yet. There are two ways to undo the check-in for a group. You can undo the check-in for the whole group, which refers to the group master folio and affects the individual group member status, or you can undo the check-in for the individual reservations attached to the group.
To undo the check-in for a group
- From the Home P-page, do one of the following to open the Seek page:
Press SHIFT+CTRL+H on your keyboard.
Click the Front desk menu in your top bar and select Group in house.
To view the full list of all in-house groups, leave all fields in the Seek page empty.

Click Confirm (
). The browse In-house Group Reservations Page displays.
- Do one of the following to display the in-house group reservation:
Select the appropriate reservation and click Confirm (
)
Double-click the appropriate reservation.
- Click the Undo check in (
) icon to undo the check-in. A PMS message displays asking to undo the check-in for the group.
- Do one of the following:
Click Ok to save your changes. The status on both the group and the individual reservations in the group returns from in-house to reservation.
Click Cancel to discard your changes.
