Guest info in group
The guest info in the group reservation is used to add information about the group that is not directly visible in the reservation window. The guest info is used to prevent the guests from reading internal information in the group reservation by accident. If the guest info feature is activated for a group folio, it applies to all reservations in the group.
To view the guest info in a group
- From the home page, do one of the following to open the Seek page:
Press SHIFT+CTRL+R on your keyboard.
Click Reservations in your top bar and select Group Reservations.

Complete the search fields on this page as needed. All fields are optional.
Seek details Folio number Enter the unique number of the group reservation.
Group Name
Enter the group name for the reservation.
Company
Enter the company name associated to the reservation.
Company contact
Enter the name of the company contact person associated to the reservation.
Event type
Enter the event type for the reservation.
Travel agent
Enter the travel agency associated to the reservation.
Travel agent contact
Enter the name of the travel agency contact person associated to the reservation.
Arrival date Enter the arrival date of the group.
Depart date
Enter the departure date of the group.
Option date
Enter the option date of the group.

Click Confirm (
). The Browse group reservations page displays.
- Do one of the following to display the appropriate group reservation:
Select the reservation and click Confirm (
).
Double-click the reservation.
- Click the Tools icon (
) in the group reservation page and select Guest info. The Guest info page displays.

Type the information needed.
The info icon (
) is visible in the top bar of the group reservation when guest info is attached.
- Do one of the following:
Click Confirm (
) to complete.
Click Cancel (
) to discard.
