Undo a group cancellation
Occasionally, a group might be inadvertently cancelled. You can use the undo cancellation feature to return the cancelled group reservation to the reserved status.
To undo the cancellation of a group
- From the home page, do one of the following to open the Seek page:
Press SHIFT+CTRL+E on your keyboard.
Click Reservations in your top bar and select Group Cancelled.

Complete the search fields on this page as needed. All fields are optional.
Seek details Folio number Enter the unique number of the group reservation.
Group Name
Enter the group name for the reservation.
Company
Enter the name of the company.
Company contact
Enter the name of the company contact person.
Event type
Enter the event type for the reservation.
Travel agent
Enter the name of the travel agency.
Travel agent contact
Enter the name of the agency contact person.
Arrival date Enter the arrival date of the group.
Depart date
Enter the departure date of the group.
Option date
Enter the option date of the group.
Cancellation number
Enter the unique number of the cancellation.
Cancellation date
Enter the date of the cancellation.

Click Confirm (
). The Browse cancelled group reservations page displays.
- Do one of the following to display the appropriate group reservation:
Select the reservation and click Confirm (
).
Double-click the reservation.
- Click the Undo cancel folio icon (
). A PMS message displays asking to undo the cancellation for this group.
- Do one of the following:
Click Ok to save your changes. The status both for the group and the individual reservations returns to reserved.
Click Cancel to discard your changes.
