View Inbox messages

The Inbox displays a list of system notifications regarding your RFPs, proposals, and meeting-related items. Depending on the settings in your user preferences, you might also get email messages for some of these notifications. You can efficiently view and prioritize your RFPs and proposals from the moment they arrive through the negotiation process in the RFP life cycle.

Messages you have not read appear in bold.

Your access level determines how you can use the Inbox.

Subscription Admin or Location Admin View, mark as read, and delete your own messages.
Director or Supervisor View, mark as read, and delete your own messages.View messages for any user of the location.
Sales Manager View, mark as read, and delete your own messages.
