Enter alternate languages in Setup
If your property is using the alternate languages feature, you'll need to complete the alternate language fields for each language that appears on your Setup page layouts. The translations you enter will be displayed to users when they work with bookings and events, and when they create BEO, banquet check, and Advanced Booking merge documents.
In order to see the different alternate language fields on a page layout, you must be assigned the corresponding permission set. So if your property supports French, German, Spanish, and Italian, you'll need to have those permission sets to access the alternate language fields in Setup. The same holds true for users—they'll only be able to see the alternate language fields for their assigned permission sets.
Here are the page layouts where you'll find alternate language fields. Your Corporate Administrator has added the appropriate fields to each page layout (depending on your property's business processes, you may not see all of them).
