Overview: Booking package discounts
In Delphi you can apply a discount to packages, if necessary. The discount can be either a percentage or a flat amount, and displays on proposals, contracts, and the booking check. The discounted rate displays in the Package Revenue section of the Booking page.
You can apply a package discount in two different ways:
- A percentage discount can apply to:
- All revenues associated with the package.
- All revenues except guestrooms.
- The function room rental allocation within the package.
- The guestroom allocation of the package.
- The function room rental and the guestroom allocation of the package.
- A flat amount discount can apply to:
- The function room rental revenue allocation within the package.
- The guestroom revenue allocation within the package.
- The function room rental and guestroom allocation of the package.
A flat amount discount cannot be applied to all revenues.
