Add indivisible rooms to combination rooms

The information in this topic applies to version R40 and lower. If you use version R41 or higher, see Create Function Rooms.
After you create and detail a combination room, you need to add the indivisible rooms that make up that combination. You can do this with the Combo Room Components section of the Function Room page.
The indivisible rooms need to be created before they can be added to the combination room. See Creating function rooms.
The relationship between an indivisible room and a combination room displays in the following areas of the Function Room page:
- Combo Room Components, for the combination room
- Part of Combo Rooms, for the indivisible room
To add rooms to a combination room
- In the Function Rooms section of the Property page, click the combination room. The Function Room page displays.
- In the Combo Room Components section of the Function Room page, click New Combo Room Component. The New Combo Room Component page displays.
- Find and select the first indivisible room.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Save to save your changes.
- Click Save & New to save your changes and add another indivisible room to the combination.
- Click Cancel to discard your changes.
You can also add a room to a combination using the Part of Combo Rooms section of the Function Room page. Click New Combo Room Component and then select the combination function room that includes the indivisible room.
