Overview: Function room capacities
Prevent your users from overbooking space by providing a maximum capacity for each setup type. For example, the Ballroom can hold 350 people when set in Rounds of 10, and it can hold 500 people when set in Theater.
An event with attendance that does not fall within the minimum and maximum capacity range will result in an event conflict warning.
You can run the Capacity Conflict Report (in the Booking Reports folder of the Reports tab) to make sure all future events meet capacity requirements.
Using the Add Function Room Capacities page, you enter the capacity for each of the function room's supported setups.
