Inclusive pricing and admin/gratuity charges
If your property also includes admin and gratuity in the inclusive price, select the Include Admin in Inclusive Price and the Include Gratuity in Inclusive Price check boxes on the appropriate revenue classifications. Those fees (along with their applicable taxes) are deducted from the inclusive price to calculate the exclusive price.
When users add a menu or item to an event, the Incl. check box on the Editing Item Details page will be selected. If users don't want to include the admin or gratuity when they're quoting an inclusive price, they can clear the Incl. check box and the system will adjust the inclusive price accordingly.
