Clone setup values
You can clone a setup value to make one or more copies of it. This makes it easy to define all of the setup values for a single picklist.
If you are a Corporate Administrator, you can clone all setup values (corporate and property) that have been created for your organization. If you are a Property Administrator, you can clone only those setup values that have been defined for the properties where you have access.
To clone a setup value
- Navigate to Setup Values, select the appropriate view, and then click the value name.
- Click Clone at the top of the page.
The New Setup Value page opens.
- Update the Setup Value Type and Value fields, as needed.
- If applicable, update the Abbreviation field.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Save if you are finished cloning the setup value.
- Click Save & New to make additional copies of the setup value.
- Click Cancel to discard your changes.
