Create setup values
Throughout the system you can see fields, like market segments and function room setups, that have a list in them. The choices in those lists are called setup values.
Setup values are defined at the corporate or property level.
- Corporate setup values are shared by all properties in the organization. Examples include market segments, lead sources, and lost business reasons. Only a corporate administrator can create, modify, and delete corporate setup values.
- Property setup values are associated with individual properties and display along with corporate values in lists. A property administrator can create, modify, and delete property setup values at properties they have access to. A corporate administrator can do the same at any property in the organization.
For information on which objects reference each setup value, see Overview: Setup values.
