Delete transactions

You can delete a charge or payment related to a booking or booking event. The Transactions Balance section of the Booking page will update the booking's running totals accordingly.

Each time you create a new deposit schedule, the current list of deposit records are appended with the new ones you just created. The new deposits do not replace the previous transactions. If you want to start completely over, manually delete the existing deposit records in the Billing & Deposits (Transactions) section before clicking Create Deposits.

To delete a transaction

  1. In the Billing & Deposits (Transactions) section of the booking or booking event, click Delete next to the transaction you want to delete.
  2. Confirm the deletion.
