What's new in R53?

Following our previous announcements about the new redesign experiences, we have added a visual message to our classic guestroom experience to ensure all users are informed. This message serves as a notice that the new experiences will be enabled by default in an upcoming release when your organization is updated to the latest version.

Have you ever called support and been asked for identifying information that you were unable to answer? To aid you when contacting support, we have provided a handy My Delphi feature that provides identifying information that can better assist the support representative with troubleshooting issues. The information includes your Org ID, Salesforce Instance, Product Type, Profile, and Permission Sets.

This is the ability to export current booking data on demand to calculate the carbon footprint for a booking to an external third-party ESG partner. To support Delphi properties that provide this service to their clients, Delphi now offers this integration to calculate estimated and actual carbon footprint for a booking, removing the need to re-enter booking and related data into a secondary system manually.

If you use an ESG third-party channel and want to grow your program and enable this integration, be sure to contact your corporate administrator or Amadeus Support to see if the ESG partner you use is compatible with our External ESG Integrator.

When a new property is created using the New Property Setup feature, new default BEO templates with totals are available.
