Delete booking events

By default, only the booking owner or a corporate administrator can delete events. However, your corporate administrator can enable an org-wide option that also allows users who are sourced on the booking to delete its events. When you remove a package from a booking, the package events are not automatically removed. You must manually remove the events using one of the below methods. The per person package price is then updated.

You can delete from the following locations:

Booking Events grid on the Booking page

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Right-click the event and click Delete.
    • Select the checkbox next to the event and click Delete .
  2. Confirm the deletion.

Manage Events page

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Right-click the event and click Delete.
    • Select the checkbox next to the event and click Delete.
  2. Confirm the deletion.

Function Diary

  1. Right-click the event and click Delete.
  2. Confirm the deletion.

Booking Event page

  1. Click Delete.
  2. Confirm the deletion.
