Overview: Booking events

When your client is ready to reserve function space, you need to create a booking event and add it to the booking. You can use the Function Diary to create events, or use the Manage Events button on the Booking page. When you use the Function Diary, you can use the Booking Filter button to select a booking and view only those events in the diary. Events from other bookings display as shadows, so you can focus on your booking's events. A booking needs to have events in the visible time range to appear as a Booking filter option.

If you do not see the Booking filter button, check with your administrator to see if this feature has been enabled.
