Change the booking event status

By default, the status of a booking event matches the status of the associated booking. When you change the status of the booking, the associated events are automatically updated. However, you can change the booking event status to be different than the booking status.
The status of a booking event cannot be higher than the status of the associated booking.
To change the status of a booking event
- Open the booking.
- Click Manage Events.
- In the events grid, change the Event Status column for the appropriate event. When you do so, the Override Booking Status column changes to Yes. This indicates that the event status and booking status are no longer linked.
- Click Save (
).
When a booking is lost, cancelled, or turned down, the status of all associated events reflect the booking status. This process happens even when Override Booking Status is set to Yes.
