To search for a booking, enter the Group Name and click Search 
. Didn't find it? Change the filter and try searching by the Account Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Status, BEO# or Confirmation# (integration required).
The Last Viewed tab is our favorite—you might like it, too, if you're constantly in and out of the same bookings. Groups In House displays bookings that have rooms or events happening today, and Upcoming Groups provides a quick look at what's arriving tomorrow through the next 14 days. If your property has an active channel to receive online bookings, you'll also notice a tab called Online Bookings. This will show you all of your upcoming online bookings in one convenient location.
Although you can see all bookings at your property, you can only make changes to bookings you own or have been given access to. Of course, if you're a property administrator, you can make changes to all bookings.
You can create a new booking from this page by clicking + Booking but it's actually faster to create one from the Availability, Account, or Contact page. Here are a couple of videos to help you get started:
