As MeetingBroker Proposal Powered by Cendyn (MBPPC) is being discontinued, we are replacing the method for replying to leads with our MeetingBroker proposal. This new approach offers a comparable response substitute, enhancing the proposal creation process while maintaining a high-quality review experience for your clients with our improved proposal designs. The new templates have been carefully designed to meet the most common customer needs, aligning perfectly with your expectations. While customization options aren't available just yet, we are actively working on it and look forward to offering this feature in a future release.

The steps you need to take in sending a proposal depend on whether you are using MeetingBroker as a standalone system or if it is integrated with our Sales & Catering system.
