Edit service orders
You can edit a service order to change its priority and assign it to a different user, team, or trade.
To edit a service order
- Tap the service order to view its details.
- Tap Additional Options and select Edit.
- Update the following fields, as needed:
Person Assigned - Enter the first few letters of the person's first or last name, and then select that person from the list. The service order will be added to that user's My Work.
Team Assigned - Enter the first few letters of the team's name, and then select that team from the list. Any user belonging to that team can pull the service order into My Work.
Priority - The priority of each service order is automatically set for you, but you can change it to reflect the importance of the issue.
Trade - The trade with the skills needed to resolve the issue. If the service order is currently unassigned, any user belonging to that trade can pull the service order into My Work.
