Edit property admin and gratuity on existing events

When adjustments need to be made to the admin and gratuity charges at your property, an administrator makes those changes directly on the revenue classification. However, any events that have already been created keep their original admin and gratuity charges. To apply the new values to these events, each menu and item needs to be manually updated.

To edit the admin and gratuity on existing events

  1. Open the booking.
  2. In the Events section, click the Items link next to any event. The Manage Menus and Items page displays.
  3. In the Event list, do one of the following:
    • Select a specific event.
    • Select All Events to work with all the items at the same time.
  4. Click Edit next to the menu or item to modify.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • For Items, find the Admin Charge and Gratuity fields and update the values.
    • For Menus, navigate to the Revenue Breakdown tab and update the Admin Charge and Gratuity values for the corresponding revenue classification.
  6. Click Save.
