Print and email reports on the Reports tab
When you print or email a report on the Reports tab, it is first downloaded as a Microsoft Excel (.xls) file. You can then use Excel to print the report or save it as a file that you can attach to an email message.
You can also print and email reports displayed on the Amadeus Reports tab.
Select your Salesforce experience.
To print a report
- Run the report, and then click Printable View.
The report is downloaded as an .xls file.
- Open the .xls file in Microsoft Excel.
If Excel displays a warning when opening this file, click Yes to proceed.
- In Excel, click the File tab and then click Print.
- Choose your printer and settings, and then click Print.
To email a report
- Run the report, and then click Printable View.
The report is downloaded as an .xls file.
- Open the .xls file in Microsoft Excel.
- In Excel, click the File tab, click Save As, and then specify a location where you can easily find the file (for example, in My Documents or on your desktop).
- Open your email program, create a new message addressed to the appropriate recipient(s), attach the .xls file, and then send.
To print a report
- Run the report, and then click Export.
- Select Formatted Report and then click Export.
- Open the .xls file in Microsoft Excel.
If Excel displays a warning when opening this file, click Yes to proceed.
- In Excel, click the File tab and then click Print.
- Choose your printer and settings, and then click Print.
To email a report
- Run the report, and then click Export.
- Select Formatted Report and then click Export.
- In Excel, click the File tab, click Save As, and then specify a location where you can easily find the file (for example, in My Documents or on your desktop).
- Open your email program, create a new message addressed to the appropriate recipient(s), attach the .xls file, and then send.
