Schedule reports
A corporate administrator can schedule reports to be run on a reoccurring basis, such as daily, weekly, or monthly. Report results are emailed to users on the day and time defined.
Only reports displayed on the Reports tab can be scheduled. You cannot schedule reports that are displayed on the Amadeus Reports tab.
To schedule a report
Select your Salesforce experience.
Classic - Delphi users only
- Navigate to Reports.
- In the All Folders list, click the appropriate folder, and then click the report you want to schedule.
- Click the arrow next to Run Report, and then click Schedule Future Runs. The Schedule Report page opens.
- The Running User field displays your name by default. To select someone else as the person running the report, search for that person's name. All users who view the report, sent on this schedule, have the same data permissions as the Running User. This means users can see all the properties, accounts, and bookings that are accessible to the Running User.

Select an Email Report option.
- To Me - This option emails the report to the address established in your user profile.
- To Me and/or Others - This option emails the report to the users you specify. By default, you are included in the Send Email To list. You can remove your name using the Remove arrow. For each additional user, search for the name, highlight it in the Select From list, and then click the Add arrow. Additional users then display in the Send Email To list.
- Select the Frequency and refine it based on your requirements.
- Enter the Start and End date range, and then select the Preferred Start Time for the schedule.
- Save your changes.
- Save report modifications with this schedule - This option saves changes made to this report and the schedule. This is the default selection.
- Discard report modifications - This option saves only the schedule.
- Click Save Report Schedule.
Lightning - Delphi and Delphi Core users
- Navigate to Reports.
- In the All Folders list, click the appropriate folder, and then click the report you want to schedule.
- Click Subscribe under the menu options on the right side. The Edit Subscription page opens.
- Select the Frequency and refine it based on your requirements.
- Select the preferred start Time for the schedule.
- Click Edit Recipients. Choose who you want to receive the report and click Add.
- Close the Edit Recipients window.
- Run Report As defaults to you. To select someone else as the person running the report, click Another Person and find that person's name. All users who view the report, sent on this schedule, have the same data permissions as the running user. This means users can see all the properties, accounts, and bookings that are accessible to the running user.
- Add conditions to your report, if needed.
- Click Save.
