Schedule reports

A Corporate Administrator can schedule reports to be run on a reoccurring basis (such as daily, weekly, or monthly). Report results are emailed to users on the days and time defined. Only reports displayed on the Reports tab can be scheduled.

You cannot schedule reports that are displayed on the Amadeus Reports tab.

To schedule a report

Select your Salesforce experience.

  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. In the All Folders list, click the appropriate folder, and then click the report you want to schedule.
  3. Click the Run Report down arrow, and then click Schedule Future Runs.

    The Schedule Report page opens.

  1. The Running User field displays your name by default. To designate someone else as the person running the report, search for their name. All users who view the report sent on this schedule will have the same data permissions as the Running UserClosed (in other words, users will see all of the properties, accounts, and bookings that are accessible to the user who is currently running this report).

  2. Select an Email Report option.

  • To Me - Emails the report to the address established in your user profile.
  • To Me and/or Others - Emails the report to the users you specify. By default, you are included in the Send Email To list (you can remove your name using the Remove arrow). You can add as many other users as you want based on who the report folder is shared with. For each additional user, find them, highlight them it in the Select From list, and then click the Add arrow. Additional users are displayed in the Send Email To list.

  1. Select the Frequency (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), refine the frequency (for example, recurs every week on Fridays), enter theStart and End date range, and then select the Preferred Start Time for the schedule.

  2. Save your changes:
  • Save Report Modifications with This Schedule - Saves changes made to this report and the schedule. This is the default selection.
  • Discard Report Modifications - Saves only the schedule.
  1. Click Save Report Schedule.
  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. In the All Folders list, click the appropriate folder, and then click the report you want to schedule.
  3. Click Subscribe.

    The Edit Subscription page opens.

  1. Select the Frequency (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), refine the frequency (for example, recurs every week on Fridays), and then select the preferred start Time for the schedule.

  2. Under Recipients, choose who you'd like to receive the report.

  3. Running Report As defaults to you. To designate someone else as the person running the report, click Another Person and find their name. All users who view the report sent on this schedule will have the same data permissions as the Running UserClosed (in other words, users will see all of the properties, accounts, and bookings that are accessible to the user who is currently running this report).
  4. (Optional) Add conditions to your report.
  5. Save your changes.
