Delete mappings
This topic pertains to mapping with Delphi. For virtual tour application mapping, such as Matterport, see Integrations.
Only administrators have access to the Mappings page.
If your property has purchased an integration to Delphi, you need to make sure the correct information passes from one system to the other. Administrators can use the Mappings page to delete mappings of meeting spaces and setup styles that are no longer used. Also, when changes are made to setup style or meeting space names, mappings need to be deleted and remapped with the updated values.
To open this page, in the navigation menu (
), click Administration. Then, click Mappings.
To delete a mapping
- If you have access to multiple properties, select the property to work with at the top of the page.
- In the upper-left corner of the page, click the drop-down arrow and select Rooms or Room Setup.
- Click Delete (
) beside the appropriate mapping. - Click Delete Mapping to confirm the deletion.
