Create mappings

This topic pertains to mapping with Delphi. For virtual tour application mapping, such as Matterport, see Integrations.

Only administrators have access to the Mappings page.

If your property has purchased an integration to Delphi, you need to make sure the correct information passes from one system to the other. Administrators can use the Mappings page to map the meeting spaces and setup styles in the two applications. For example, you might have a Rounds of 8 setup in Delphi that corresponds with the Banquet setup style in Delphi Diagramming.

If a Delphi event has unmapped values, users are prompted by Diagramming to select the meeting space or setup style. A new mapping is then automatically created.

To open this page, in the navigation menu (Icon of a hamburger menu), click Administration. Then, click Mappings.

To auto map a mapping

  1. If you have access to multiple properties, select the property to work with at the top of the page.
  2. Click Auto map. This compares both systems and connects matching values.
  3. Confirm all values in the Rooms and Room Setup pages have a match. If so, the mapping process is complete.
  4. If necessary, resolve any differences between meeting spaces:
    • In the upper-left corner the page, select Rooms.
    • Click the S&C Room Name that requires mapping.
    • In the Diagram Room Name drop-down list, select the corresponding meeting space from Delphi Diagramming.
    • Click Save Changes.
  5. If necessary, resolve any differences between setup styles:

    • In the upper-left corner the page, select Room Setup.

    • Click the S&C Room Setup that requires mapping.

    • In the Room Setup drop-down list, select the corresponding setup style from Delphi Diagramming.

    • Click Save Changes.

Multiple Delphi Room Setup values can be assigned to a single Delphi Diagramming value. For example, Rounds of 8 and Rounds of 10 can both be assigned to Banquet.
