Daily Events report

The Daily Events report provides a summary of events during a specified date range. The report is grouped by day of the week and outlines events and contact information. This topic covers two versions of the Daily Events report: Daily Events by Booking and Daily Events by Event Start Date. The report criteria and data are nearly identical in both reports.

To run the report

  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. In the All Folders list, click Booking Reports.
  3. In the list of reports, click Daily Events by Booking or Daily Events by Event Start Date.
  4. Set the report criteria by updating filters and choosing how to group and summarize the information.
  1. If applicable, click Run Report.
  1. Review the report data.

    The following information is shown for each booking event whose start date occurs during the report's date range: Start and End Time, Account, Booking Contact, Function Room, Function Room Setup, Attendance (Expected, Guaranteed, and Set), BEO, Booking Post As, Event Status, Booking Owner, Service Manager, and Catering Manager.

    The number of records within each data group is shown in parentheses. Wherever a link appears in the report, you can click it to open the associated record.
