Restrict BEO and banquet check output to PDF format
Using the Amadeus Settings page, Corporate Administrators can require users to output event orders and banquet checks to PDF format. When enabled, this setting removes the Microsoft Word option from the Document Type picklist on the Create Merge Document page and the Create Batch Merge Document page, and defaults PDF as the document type. All properties in the org will be affected by this configuration.
To restrict document output to PDF format
- Navigate to Amadeus Settings.
- Under Org-Wide Default Settings, select the Force BEO and Banquet Check to PDF check box.
