Review menus and items by BEO section

After you add menus and items to an event, you can preview the BEO. You can then confirm all the menus and items are in the correct sections before you distribute the BEO to your customer and team.

To review menus and items by BEO section

  1. Click Items next to an event in the Booking Events window to open the Manage Menus and Items window.
  2. Select the event. To view the entire program of events, select All Events.

    When you view events on a cross-property booking, you can use the Property list to filter the results.

  3. In the menus and items window, click Preview & Merge next to the event.
  4. Select the BEO Template to see the menus and items assigned to each section. Within each section of the template, items display according to the defined sort order. In addition to the event name, the window displays the event start date, start time, and function room. If an event order has already been merged, the BEO number also displays.
  5. You can make any necessary updates directly from the Review Items by BEO Section window in the following ways:
    • To modify a menu or item, double-click the menu or item to open the Editing Item Details window. Make updates as needed, and then click Save and Close. Click Refresh (Green refresh arrow) to display the most current information.
    • To modify an event, double-click the event to open the Booking Event page. Make updates as needed, and then click Save. Click Refresh (Green refresh arrow) to display the most current information.
  6. When you are finished reviewing the event order, click Close.
