Group Lost Business report

The Group Lost Business report provides a summary of bookings that your property lost, cancelled, or turned down and that meet the report criteria.

To run the report

  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. In the All Folders list, click Booking Reports.
  3. In the list of reports, click Group Lost Business Report.
  4. Set the report criteria by updating filters and choosing how to group and summarize the information.

  1. Review the report data.

    Information is displayed for each lost, canceled, or turned down booking during the report time frame. By default, the report data is grouped and sorted by Property (ascending order). To sort by Property in descending order, click the Sorted By field. To change the sort order of the data under each Property, click a bold column heading. An up arrow indicates the data is sorted in ascending order (A, B, C, ... 1, 2, 3). A down arrow indicates a descending order (Z, Y, X, ... 9, 8, 7).

    The number of records within each data group is shown in parentheses. Wherever a link appears in the report, you can click it to open the associated record.

    The following table defines less common fields and calculations found in the report.

    Date LostThe date the booking status was changed to Lost, Canceled, or Turned Down.
    StatusIndicates whether the booking was lost, canceled, or turned down.
    Lost ReasonThe reason the business was lost. Your administrator defines the reasons that are available to your property.
    Total Roomnights AgreedTotal number of guestrooms the customer has agreed to pay for.
    Agreed ADRThe average daily rate for the booking's guestrooms.
    Blended Guestroom Revenue TotalTotal guestroom revenue on the booking. When a room block is marked Pickup Complete, its pickup revenue is used in this calculation. Otherwise, its blocked revenue is used.
    Blended Event Revenue Total Total event revenue on the booking. When a booking event is marked Done, its actual revenue is used in this calculation. Otherwise, its forecast revenue is used.
