Information displays for each lost, cancelled, or turned down booking during the reporting period. By default, the report data is grouped and is sorted by property in ascending order. To sort by property in descending order, click the Sorted By field. To change the sort order of the data under each property, click a bold column heading. An arrow pointing upward indicates that the data is sorted in ascending order, such as A, B, C and 1, 2, 3. An arrow pointing downward indicates a descending order, such as Z, Y, X and 9, 8, 7.

The number of records within each data group displays in parentheses. Wherever a link displays in the report, you can click it to open the associated record.
