View guestroom type details
The Guestroom Type page displays details about a guestroom type, including its default quantity, maximum occupancy, and daily inventory. You can also use this page to view the availability of that room type on a selected day. To open this page, in the Guestroom Types section of the Property page, click a room type. The following information is shown:
| Name | Examples include Deluxe King, Non-Smoking Queen, and One Bedroom Suite. |
| Room Type Code | The room type code that matches your front office system. For properties with an External Availability or PMS integration, it's crucial that the room type codes match between the systems. |
| Sort Order | The order in which the guestroom type appears on the Availability page and in Room Block windows (1 indicates the guestroom type appears first, 2 indicates the type appears second, and so on). |
| Default Quantity | The total number of guestrooms of that type. |
| Max Occupants | The maximum number of guests allowed. |
| Number of Beds | The number of beds allowed. |

Daily Guestroom Values |
Displays the guestroom inventory over a specified date range. This information ensures that the Daily Information section of the Availability page reflects accurate availability. See Enter inventory for a guestroom type. |
