Add merge fields to Property page layout

If your org was updated to R42 or higher and you would like to use the default merge templates that are provided with new properties, a corporate administrator may have to add some fields to the Property page layout. The property administrators will need to be able to complete these fields to add their property's clauses and terms to the contracts and proposals.

To add merge fields to the Property page layout

(Requires corporate administrator access)

Please note: Adding these fields is currently only available for Salesforce Classic. If you are using Salesforce Lightning, please contact Amadeus support for assistance.

  1. Open a Property page and click Edit Layout in the top right.

  2. If you don't already have a Document Merge section, add it to the bottom of the page, just above the System Information section.

  3. In the palette at the top of the page, search for the following fields and drag them into the Merge Document section as follows:

  1. Click Save.

If you have any event only properties, repeat on the Event Only property page layout.

You must have R44 or higher installed to see the field for Merge Additional Room Block Fields.
