Sales Manager Production (B) report

The Sales Manager Production (Bookings) report displays guestroom and catering revenue in definite, tentative, and prospect status by sales manager.

To run the report

  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. In the All Folders list, click Booking Reports.
  3. In the list of reports, click Sales Manager Production Report (B).
  4. Set the report criteria, which includes filter updates and selections on how to group and summarize the information.
  5. Click Run Report if necessary.
  6. Review the report data.

    By default, the report data is grouped by Booking Owner, then Property, and then Booking Status. Groups are sorted in ascending order. To change the sort order of the data groups in the report, click one of the Sorted By fields. To change the sort order of the data within each group, click a bold column heading. An arrow pointing upward indicates the data is sorted in ascending order, such as A, B, C and 1, 2, 3. An arrow pointing downward indicates a descending order, such as Z, Y, X and 9, 8, 7.

    Wherever a link displays in the report, you can click it to open the associated record. Totals for all attendance and all revenue values display for each property. Grand totals for all attendance and all revenue values display at the end of the report.

    Arrival and DepartureThese are the booking's arrival and departure dates.
    BookedThis is the date the booking was created.
    Last Status DateThis is the date of the booking's last status change.
    Blended ADRThis is the average daily rate for all room blocks on the booking, which is calculated as Total guestroom revenue / Total number of rooms. When a room block is marked pickup complete, the pickup revenue is used in the calculation. Otherwise, the blocked revenue is used.
    Blended RoomnightsThis is the total number of guestrooms on the booking. When a room block is marked pickup complete, its picked up number of rooms is used in this calculation. Otherwise, the blocked number of rooms is used.
    Blended Guestroom Revenue TotalThis is the total guestroom revenue on the booking. When a room block is marked pickup complete, the pickup revenue is used in this calculation. Otherwise, the blocked revenue is used.
    Blended Event Revenue TotalThis is the total event revenue on the booking. When a booking event is marked done, its actual revenue is used in this calculation. Otherwise, the forecasted revenue is used.
    Blended Revenue TotalThis is the sum of the Blended Guestroom Revenue Total plus the Blended Event Revenue Total.
