Sales Manager Production report

The Sales Manager Production report shows guestroom and catering revenue (definite, tentative, and prospect) by Sales Manager.

To run the report

  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. In the All Folders list, click Booking Reports.
  3. In the list of reports, click Sales Manager Production Report.
  4. Set the report criteria by updating filters and choosing how to group and summarize the information.
  1. If applicable, click Run Report.
  2. Review the report data.

    By default, the report data is grouped by Booking Owner, then Property, and then Booking Status. Groups are sorted in ascending order. To change the sort order of the data groups in the report, click one of the Sorted By fields. To change the sort order of the data within each group, click a bold column heading. An up arrow indicates the data is sorted in ascending order (A, B, C ... 1, 2, 3). down arrow indicates a descending order (Z, Y, X, ... 9, 8, 7).

    Wherever a link appears in the report, you can click it to open the associated record. Totals for all attendance and all revenue values are displayed for each property. Grand totals for all attendance and all revenue values are displayed at the end of the report.

    The following table defines less common fields and calculations in the report.

    Arrival/DepartureThe booking's arrival and departure dates.
    BookedThe date the booking was created.
    Last Status DateThe date of the booking's last status change.
    Blended ADRAverage daily rate for all room blocks on the booking (Total guestroom revenue / Total number of rooms). When a room block is marked Pickup Complete, its pickup revenue is used in the calculation. Otherwise, its blocked revenue is used.
    Blended RoomnightsTotal number of guestrooms on the booking. When a room block is marked Pickup Complete, its picked up number of rooms is used in this calculation. Otherwise, its blocked number of rooms is used.
    Blended Guestroom Revenue TotalTotal guestroom revenue on the booking. When a room block is marked Pickup Complete, its pickup revenue is used in this calculation. Otherwise, its blocked revenue is used.
    Blended Event Revenue TotalTotal event revenue on the booking. When a booking event is marked Done, its actual revenue is used in this calculation. Otherwise, its forecast revenue is used.
