Sales Manager Production (VC) report

The Sales Manager Production (Volume Contracts) report displays actual guestroom and catering revenue for volume contracts by sales manager.

To run the report

  1. Navigate toReports.
  2. In the All Folders list, click Volume Contract Reports.
  3. In the list of reports, click Sales Manager Production Report (VC).
  4. Set the report criteria, which includes filter updates and selections on how to group and summarize the information.
  5. Click Run Report if necessary.
  6. Review the report data.

    The report is grouped by Volume Contract Owner, then Property, and then Contract Status. Groups are sorted in ascending order. To change the sort order of the data groups in the report, click one of the Sorted By fields. To change the sort order of the data within each group, click a bold column heading. An arrow pointing upward indicates the data is sorted in ascending order, such as A, B, C and 1, 2, 3. An arrow pointing downward indicates a descending order, such as Z, Y, X and 9, 8, 7.

    The number of records within each data group displays in parentheses. Wherever a link displays in the report, you can click it to open the associated record.

    Search result details

    Contract Start and Contract EndThese are the volume contract's start and end dates.
    Date ContractedThis is the date the volume contract was signed.
    Last Status DateThis is the date of the volume contract's last status change.
    Actual RoomsThis is the total number of picked up rooms.
    Actual Rate

    How is Actual Rate calculated?Closed Actual Rate = Pickup Revenue / Pickup Rooms.

    Actual Room Revenue

    How is Actual Room Revenue calculated?Closed Actual Room Revenue = Actual Room Revenue x Actual Rate.

    Actual F&B RevenueThis is the Actual Food and Beverage revenue produced by the volume contract.
    Actual Other RevenueThis is the Actual Other revenue produced by the volume contract.
    Actual Total Revenue

    How is Actual Total Revenue calculated?Closed Actual Total Revenue = Actual Room Revenue + Actual F&B Revenue + Actual Other Revenue.
