Top Contacts report

The Top Contacts report displays the revenue associated with your top contacts during the current fiscal year.

To run the report

  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. In the All Folders list, click Account/Contact/Activity Reports.
  3. In the list of reports, click Top Contacts Report.
  4. Set the report criteria, which includes filter updates and selections on how to group and summarize the information.
  5. Click Run Report if necessary.
  6. Review the report data.

    The report displays the definite guestroom and event revenue associated with each contact. It is sorted by the contact's last name, and the value within parentheses indicates the total number of records associated with the contact. Only records and properties you have access to are included in the report. Wherever a link displays in the report, you can click it to open the associated record.

    The following table defines some fields and calculations.

    Blended Guestroom Revenue TotalThis is the total guestroom revenue associated with this contact for definite bookings over the current calendar year. When a room block is marked Pickup Complete, its pickup revenue is used in this calculation. Otherwise, the blocked revenue is used.
    Blended Event Revenue TotalThis is the total event revenue associated with this contact for definite bookings over the current calendar year. When a booking event is marked Done, its actual revenue is used in this calculation. Otherwise, the forecasted revenue is used.
    Blended Revenue TotalThis is the sum of the Blended Guestroom Revenue Total plus the Blended Event Revenue Total.
