Reset user passwords
Corporate Administrators can reset user passwords. An email notification is sent to each user with a temporary password and a link for logging in to Salesforce. The user will be prompted to change this password upon their initial login.
To reset a password
- Click Setup in the top-right corner.
- In the Quick Find search box, start typing "Users" without pressing enter.
- When you see it as an available option below, select it.
- Select the check box next to each user whose password you want to reset.
- Click Reset Password(s).
- Confirm the reset.
