Overview: Users

Corporate administrators are primarily responsible for user management. User management includes new user creation, user detail modification, password resets, and user deactivation.

Property access to users can be granted by either a corporate administrator or a property administrator.

All user management tasks are done on the All Users page. To access this page, go to Setup. In the Quick Find search box, enter 'Users' and select it below.

Your company purchased a specific number of user licenses with your Salesforce subscription. You can create new users if the number of active users does not exceed the number of available licenses. Go to Setup > Company Information > User Licenses to see the number of available licenses in your org. You need Salesforce licenses to create corporate administrators, and Salesforce platform licenses to create all other types of users. To buy additional licenses, contact Amadeus Sales.
