Share a booking's diagrams
Bookings are used to organize and group your events together. You can use the Bookings page to share a booking's diagrams. To open this page, in the navigation menu (
), click Bookings.
When your property is integrated (
) with Delphi, booking management occurs in the Delphi system. Your bookings display as read-only in Delphi Diagramming. See Integrations for more information.
To share a booking's diagrams
- On the Bookings page, click Share (
). The Bulk Diagram Sharing page displays. -
Select the diagrams to share. Click the arrows next to each booking to display the associated diagrams. You can also select the checkbox for the booking to select all diagrams on that booking.
You can click Expand (
) or Collapse (
) to display or hide all diagrams at once. - In the Invite people field, enter the email address of the recipients.
- Enter text in the Comment field, if applicable.
- Select any of the following checkboxes, if applicable.
- Include Pictures
- Include Document Links
- Include 3D Sharing
- Do one of the following:
- Click Share to email the diagrams.
- Click Cancel to discard your changes.
