View a booking
Bookings are used to organize and group your events together. You can use the Bookings page to review your property's past and future bookings. Search and filter options, column sorting, and other tools are available to help you find the booking you need. You can also use this page to view a booking's history. To open this page, in the navigation menu (
), click Bookings.
When your property is integrated (
) with Delphi, booking management occurs in the Delphi system. Your bookings display as read-only in Delphi Diagramming. See Integrations for more information.
What do you want to do?
Search and filter bookings
All bookings display by default. You can sort each column in ascending or descending order, and the following filter options are available:

Use the quick options at the top of the page to switch to future bookings or recent and favorite bookings.

Use the drop-down lists to filter bookings by Property, Setup Style, Status, Date, and Owner. You can even select more than one option per filter to broaden or narrow your search as needed.

Enter keywords in the Find by any related name or attendees count field to further narrow your search.
Any applied filters are saved for future visits to this page. To clear filters, click the 'X' next to each filter value to remove.
View a booking's events and diagrams
On the Bookings page, click the name of the booking to view. The Events page displays.
View a booking's history
On the Bookings page, click Show Booking History (
), next to the booking to view. The following information displays on the Booking History page:

The date and time of the change

The user who made the change
-
The details of the change
This feature became available in September 2022. Only changes made after that date display.
