Create booking events in the Function Diary

While working in the Function Diary, you can quickly create a booking event by clicking and dragging to "draw" the event block in a function room. As soon as you're finishing drawing the event, the Quick Create window opens where you can enter the event details.

You must be the booking owner or a booking source to create an event on it.

If you try to create an event in a function room that is being used by another booking, your event will be moved to Unassigned and a conflict notification will be displayed. If your administrator has enabled the Create Options on Conflict feature for your property, your event will also be added to the original function room's "waiting list" as an option event. See Manage option events.
