View bookings from the Function Diary

You can open a booking from the Function Diary to view the booking details. You need to be the booking owner or be sourced on the booking to modify the details. Otherwise, the Booking page is read-only.

Each time you view the Function Diary, verify the applied Function Room Group filters. You might need to change the filters to see all the events that are holding space at the property. Your Function Room Group filter selections still apply the next time you open the Function Diary.

To view a booking from the Function Diary

1. Open the Function Diary.
2. Double-click one of the booking events. The Quick Create window displays.
3. Click View Booking () next to the Booking field. The Booking page displays.
