Delete room blocks

You must be the booking owner or be sourced on the booking to delete a room block.

If the room block is added to the booking as part of a package, removing it affects the package event attendance and other income quantity as follows:

If your property is integrated with a PMS, the status of the room block must be changed to Block Cancelled before it can be removed.

To delete a room block

  1. On the Booking page, navigate to the Guestrooms section and click Details.
  2. In the Room Block Name list, select the room block you want to remove.
  3. Click Modify Room Block.
  4. Click Remove Room Block, and confirm.
  5. If you remove a package room block, the New Room Block window opens so you can create a new room block. By default, all rooms are placed in Run of House. You can then associate that room block to the package and assign the room types. Only those room types that have been added to the package are available for selection.
