Help with using HotSOS or HotSOS Housekeeping features is just a click away. Within the application, click in the top-right corner of any page to turn on inline Training & Help. Attendant Productivity Dashboard
Supervisors monitor room attendants' progress and track labor using the Attendant Productivity dashboard, which provides a real-time view of housekeeping tasks, assigned housekeepers, and time needed to complete tasks for specific rooms. Attendant Productivity dashboard overview
Improve appearance of escalated orders
HotSOS desktop users will now see a fully highlighted appearance for all escalated orders, not just the service order issue.
Filter by Pending Orders in Room Assignments
Housekeeping users can filter and view a list of guestrooms with open service orders in both AM & PM Consoles.
Search by attendant name in Room Assignments
Attendant Name is added to the Room Assignment AM/PM Consoles Search drop-down menu.

Download as Excel
The Room Rush Console, Attendant Console, and Status Board Console now feature a Download as Excel button () allowing users to easily download data for their property.
Total goal credits display in Auto Assign
In the Select Attendant page, the system now displays the total goal for all selected attendants in Auto Assign.
Location name displays in Room Assignment details header
When users view room details, the header shows the location, and the location card displays both the PMS Code and Room Code.

Increased multi-select limit
In the Service Orders Module the multi-selection limit is increased from 50 to 250 records.
Copy option for Configuration Lock Settings
Instead of creating a lock setting for each property, corporate system administrators can now select and copy Configuration Lock Settings and apply the same lock from one unit to the next.
Room Rush console offers more viewing options
The Room Rush console now offers a reservation status column and filter.
Equipment location column added to Corporate Rooms-Equipment Report
At the Corporate level, users can view information about equipment for each property without visiting that specific property to run the report. Alsoy, the report parameter options now display the location serviced by the equipment.

UDF Data Log Report available
Available for both unit and corporate level, this UDF Data Log Report shows all changes made and by whom for the user-defined fields. See Reports>Operational.
Room Categories Filter
Only room categories assigned to a guestroom appear in the room categories drop-down.

Auto Assign
Auto Assign matches attendants to rooms. It uses the selected criteria to assign the rooms as close the attendants' goals as possible.
Makeup Room Events
When a guest presses the Make Up Room button, HotSOS Housekeeping displays the guest's name in red, and the system counts the room under Guest Wants Service for dashboards and filters.
Requestor's department in personnel card.
In the Personnel card in the details of a service order, the requestor's department now displays.
Created date/time column added to Column Chooser options.
View the creation date and time of a service order without opening the details of the service order.

HotSOS Housekeeping
Send Clean Status to PMS
Room clean statuses, pickup, dirty and inspected sent from HotSOS Housekeeping update clean statuses in Opera PMS.
Suspended users automatically deleted. HotSOS deletes all users suspended for more than 365 days. This is the default setting but is editable in Corporate Settings.
New Features
HotSOS and HotSOS Select
Remark required when stopping orders. Enable this option in Configuration > Settings. Respondents must add a remark when stopping orders.

New PMS Amenity Code option. Match HotSOS amenities with the amenities in the Opera PMS interface. Use PMS Amenity Code field, in Configuration > Cost > Amenities. This feature is optional.

Guest profile added. In the Guest Relations module, a profile tab has been created to include the guest email address and phone number from PMS.

New Features

Field permissions for locked-down issues. Corporate system administrators can let individual properties edit Issues fields from within the Corporate Lock Settings.
Create orders for multiple locations. Creating orders for more than one location is now possible for users with the SO Manager role. This applies to all issue types. This option is also available at the cluster level. See Create service orders.
Password instructions display. Corporate guidelines display when prompting users to change their password on login. These guidelines also display for users changing their password using My Profile. This can include length, numbers, upper or lower case, and special characters required.

Fields removed from Detailed Guest Orders. Guest name, arrival, and departure dates no longer display when creating a Detailed Guest Order for properties with PMS integration.

Recovery search added to cluster service orders. In the cluster Service Orders module, search for recovery items by name or ID when adding cost to an order.

Add or remove guest name. In Pending Orders, Guest Orders, or All Orders, add or remove a guest name on an open order.
