Overview: Reports
Reports help you improve the efficiency of your Operations teams, identify areas of improvement, and ensure that guests have the best possible experience at your property. With these tools in hand, you'll have the insight you need to grow a profitable hotel—and who doesn't want that?
You can report on service orders for up to 18 months. If you need to retain data for a longer period of time, please contact Amadeus Support.
To access reports in HotSOS Mobile, tap the reports icon in the left sidebar, and then tap Operational.
Here are the reports that are available to you:
- Executive Summary
- Frequency
- Inspection Frequency
- Inspection Log
- Inspection Order Form Details
- Meter Reading with Graphs
- Productivity
- Property PM Progress
- Service Order Detail
- Work Order Form
After you select a report, you'll see a list of its parameters. Often, you won't need to change any of those fields—the defaults will give you all the information you need. But if you'd like to customize the report, feel free to experiment with different settings until you've found just the right combination.
To run the report, tap at the bottom of the page. A notification will alert you when the report is available to view in your Messages List.
