Banquet check revenue summary by booking report
The content of this page is specific to the Delphi product type only. If you are using the Delphi Core product type and want to learn more about the Delphi product type, contact your sales representative.
Use this report when your customers want to know the estimated charges for all events in their program including tax and gratuity. If you have events at multiple properties, all the revenue can display in one report.
Only events that are assigned a BEO number display in the report.
To run the report
- In the Booking page, click BC Summary Report.
- Complete the report criteria.
You can select multiple values for some criteria fields. To do so, press the CTRL key while selecting each value you want to include.
Search details
Event Start and End Date These fields automatically populate with the event dates of the booking. Properties Select the properties to include. This defaults to all the properties that you can access. Status Select the event statuses to include. By default, all active statuses are selected. Revenue Classification Select the revenue classifications to include. By default, all active revenue classifications are selected. Taxes Select to display these columns in the report. For example, if your customer wants to know what their total charges would be with gratuity, you can include it in the report. - Click Generate Report to view the report on-screen or Generate PDF to view the report as a PDF file that you can save or print.
- Review the report data. The data is grouped first by property, and then by event date. The following information displays in the report:

Totals display for each revenue classification and tax selected in the report criteria.
Booking Total
This is the total amount of the applicable revenue classification or tax for the whole booking.
Grand Total These are the grand totals for all the booking events at each property.
