Reassign bookings
Administrators can reassign prospect, tentative, and definite bookings when a user leaves the organization. This process is used to move bookings to the new person managing the booking details.
To reassign bookings
- Navigate to Amadeus Settings and click Reassign Owners.
- Select the Booking tab.
- Select a Property if needed.

Select one of the following:
- User Role and User
- Migrated User Role and Migrated User

Use the following options to filter the records as needed. To update all records, leave these fields blank.
- Booking Type
- Booking Status
- Starting Arrival Date
- Ending Arrival Date
- Account Market Segment
- Booking Market Segment
- Click Search.
- Select all the bookings to reassign.
- Select a new Owner.
- Click Update Owners and then click Yes to confirm.
- Click Audit/History to view the progress of the updated records.

Click the log entry number to view all updated entries and to download the CSV file of changes.
If your property has custom validation rules, some records might not update. If necessary, you can manually update those records.
